What is your sight setup? How many pins are you running?
My Spot-Hogg Archery Products Hogg Father has five; four .o19’s with the bottom being a .010…which is great when I adjust the sight out past 60 yards. This configuration is going to be the ticket; the ability to pull up and shoot from 20-60 yards, but still be able to adjust housing for further distances and shoot them off the smaller .010 pin.
Here’s another picture of the eastern Oregon spring bear I was fortunate enough to take. We glassed him up, put the sneak on and I secured him with the ole .338 at 300 yards. He’s not the biggest bear in the world, but I am more than happy with him!
It is officially the best time of year to catch monster Brook trout at Crane! Had a killer day on the lake with my grandpa and old man! Boated around thirty fish, got a little sunburn… Does life get any better?
150 yards…here’s what killer equipment can do! Not encouraging this shot on animals, AT ALL…but, this is how we practice, to make 40 yards a breeze when the time comes in September! Make practice tough, so the hunt is easy!
